Outrageous shenanigans ensue when 12-year-old twin boys Zack (Dylan Sprouse) and Cody (Cole Sprouse) turn the upscale Boston hotel where they live (The Tipton) into their own personal playground. Living in a suite with their mom Carey, the boys often take their new friends London and Maddie along for the ride, as they cause mischief, mayhem, and various catastrophes in their elegant new digs.
